Well sorta.
Now this is serious.
Serious. Serious.
I basically get to double my mileage in 30 days, which sounds drastic but going from 3 miles to 6.2 in 4 weeks is not going to kill me. Most likely not going to kill me. In order to help bump up my mileage and start getting used to running through fatigue I present to you the workout I am doing tonight:
Run 2 miles, Lift Weights (Leg Focus), Run 1-2 miles.
Serious.
Adding some serious lifting in between miles in theory will allow me to run with fatigued muscles. Running through this should help me build mileage quickly and hopefully injury free.
So glad I got the gym membership.
