Tuesday's Truth

Not running is the hardest thing I've ever done. Even harder than all the mileage I've put into training and the races I've completed. Every time I read about running or see something about marathons I get anxious and upset that I'm not running. Then I remind myself that for now I have to focus on my yoga practice and flexibility because while I love running, I have to learn to love my body and myself more.
